This Victorian-esque blouse makes me feel very prim and proper. If you read that with a British accent, that'd be Premm and Proppah...(or at least that's how a British accent sounds in my head...)
Which is fitting because today I had a lot of paper shuffling to do in order to get my documents ready to request a Visa at the UK Embassy. Yup, I'm going to London in a few days, and I'm pretty excited about it. It's a work-related trip, but I'll be sure to sneak in as much fun as possible during my time there. I'll only be there for about 10 days but hopefully I can squeeze in a few fun activites. So now you see why I'm brushing up on my British :)
Btw, sorry about the horrible lighting in these pics, I'm still trying to get the hang of self-portraits with my nifty point-and-shoot camera. Oh how I long for the day when I can splurge on a fancy camera and then I'll feel like a REAL blogger :) But for now, I'll do what I can with what I've got.
This outfit clearly exemplifies my motive for starting this blog. I would've never thought to pair an outfit with 4 different colors (white, beige, brown, and gray) all worn together. And I most definitely would've NEVER paired white and beige together... however, it seems to workout when it's all put together. Awesome! My style horizons are already expanding!
Thanks Shy for such a great suggestion :D
Yay! I'm glad you liked it! It looks so clean and summery! Arn't blogs the best for experimenting with your style?
